Andrew Hall, 29, pleaded guilty on Feb. 28 to a slew of charges, including human trafficking of a minor, statutory sexual assault of a minor, promoting prostitution of a minor, and photographing child sex acts, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.
Hall was arrested on Aug. 21, 2020, when Bensalem police officers were called around 12:30 a.m. to the Best Western on the 3400 block of Street Road on a report of child prostitution, they said.
Officers detained Hall inside a room where they also discovered a 15-year-old girl who was five months pregnant, as well as Hall's infant and 4-year-old child, police said. It was not immediately specified if the teenage girl was the mother of Hall's other children or if he was the father of her baby.
The girl told police she ran away from home months earlier and went to the Motel 6 in Philadelphia, where she met Hall and his mom, according to the DA's office.
She allegedly claimed that Hall introduced her to a website where he helped her write and post prostitution ads using photos he took himself. He also used his phone number for the ads, prosecutors said.
The victim told investigators that she began having "sex dates" at hotels in Philadelphia and ultimately the Best Western in Bensalem, where she shared a room with Hall, the DA's office said. Hall would apparently leave the hotel room when she had a customer there and return when the encounter was over.
Police also found several conversations from people looking for dates with the girl during a search of Hall's phone, they said. The proceeds were used to pay for the room and buy food and drugs, investigators said.
The two also had what prosecutors called a "sexual relationship." Hall recorded their sexual encounters and posted them online, according to the DA's office.
Hall is expected to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, prosecutors said.
This case was investigated by the Bensalem Township Police Department and Bucks County Detectives and was prosecuted by Chief Deputy District Attorney Kristin M. McElroy.
